To secure your tour booking, full payment is required at the time of reservation. We operate on a strict cancellation policy to ensure fairness to both our guests and our business. We appreciate your understanding that, as a small, family-run business, we rely on advance bookings to operate smoothly. Cancelled seats represent lost opportunities for us to accommodate other guests. We may offer full or partial refunds depending on the timing of the cancellation and any costs incurred by the business, such as the need to re-advertise for those seats. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time will result in 100% withholding of payment. * Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time will result in a 50% withholding of payment. * Cancellations made within a week of the tour start time will result in a 25% withholding of payment. Special Circumstances: In some cases, we may need to make exceptions to our standard cancellation policies due to special circumstances such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events.
